You may have heard the rumours, the London Cocktail Society is up an running. The first meeting took place on the 4th August, and I hear it was a rather sedate (or not) affair.
So what is it all about? Well if the name does not give it away, it’s a society of fellow cocktail fiends. Looking to find other fellow drinkers who share their passion, and excitement when it comes to cocktails. Don’t just take my word for it, this is what the London Cocktail Socity describe themselves as:
The LCS meets at least once a month in different bars around London and provides a means for those who are seriously ‘into’ their cocktails, or have an interest and want to learn more, to meet others, have a good time and learn about the wonderful world of imbibing. Members come in all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and level of interest. We have world-famous bloggers right through to people who have never tried a ‘proper’ cocktail. It doesn’t matter what your level of knowledge is, we simply ask two things: that you are interested in spirits and cocktails, and you want to have a good time!
