Polpo the well known Soho restaurant on Beak St are to open a Campari bar. Those who have been to Polpo will no doubt be familiar with their Aperol Spritz, so it’s nice to see they are also fans of Campari. No doubt a Negroni or two will be made in the new bar. It’s not the first Campari Bar that London has had, after all there was Franks Campari Bar,on the rooftop of a carpark in Peckham!
It’s opening on Tuesday 8th February, and I’ve heard that they’ve stocked up on a ‘little’ bit of Campari in preparation for the bar. If you do go pay a visit, then let me know what you think about it. The food is always great, the drinks have been great in the past and it will be nice to see what they will be serving!
